Can anyone tell me the procedure for replacing the heater core in the M1009? the manual I have doesn't go into it. It looks like a pain !

Warren, look in my post for the Arctic heater kit, I posted a link for the Arctic heater installation kit... and that has some info on how to get to the heater core I think.

The trucks without AC arent that bad. I can probably do one in about 30-45 minutes... Think I did one alot quicker on an old mudtruck.... Was snowing the day of our 'run' had to move fast

The chevy trucks are the ezest to do. a good tech can do one in 45 min
