M1009 not turning over.

so i just put in a new engine and i had it run for 3 hours at my shop. then too it home where i parked it. when i got up this morning i tried starting all it dose is crank. auagave it a bit of stater fluid still didn't start.
i check the fuel filter i'am getting fuel (no air in lines as far as i know). i went through and checked all the connection everything is where its supposed to be. really at a loss...just need some help

A good starting point would be to read and follow the -20TM, in the troubleshooting section, where it covers "does not start".
