M1009 shut-off problems

It started when I would turn the key off and the truck would keep running for a few seconds until it died. The problem slowly got worse until I now have to squeeze the return line on the IP to kill the engine.

I've pulled the pink wire on the IP with no effect. I've replaced the the fuel shut-off solenoid and the problem persists. Is there anything else, short of replacing the IP, that I can do?

Take a large screw driver and tap on the injector pump housing. There is valve sticking. Been there. Run a good fuel additive for awhile to clean things out, something like 2 stroke oil. Worked for me.
