M1030M1 Balancer Chain Adjuster Lever

Does anyone know if these bike needs to have their "doohickeys" replaced or is this something that is also changed out during gas to multi-fuel conversion by Hayes?

I have one and want to avoid issues if I can proactively take care of it?

I have no idea if Hayes changed it out. However, I have ridden my M1030M1 a lot since I got it and have not had any issues.
