M1031 not shifting correctly...

My M1031 CUCV wants to hop right in to 3rd when it goes into 2nd. It will only spend a second or two in 2nd and that's it. It has a FEW times stayed in 2nd until the proper amount of RPMs.

Yes I have cecked the fluid level and everything is good.

Suggestions???

Vacuum lines, pump and TPS also check or just replace the modulator on the side of the trans. For more info use SEARCH FUNCTION and enter cucv transmission problems. shifting issues ect... This has Been covered HUNDREDS of times!!
