M1031 - wheel bearing removal
I am going to replace the rear wheel bearings, races, hone the drums and replace the brakes and wheel cylinders. I removed the Inner bearing seal, bearing and race with the autozone puller. When i tried to remove the snap ring for remove the outter bearing and race the end of the ring broke off see attached pictures. I am not sure how to remove the snap ring as it seems to be very tight and won't budge. Any thoughts?

I got the snap ring out!

Just wanted to give an update in case anyone else runs into this issue. I used a dremel tool to grind the snap ring 180 degrees from the split. Once the ring is thin enough you can just use some pliers to remove it!
