I'm considering changing stock wheels to "bolster" 16.5" wheels. however, I'm seeing that tires are not so readily available in that size...anyone have such luck with this same transition? I'd rather not buy monster-sized tires for the rims if possible.
Just kickin' around the idea for now, but could be a possibility.

Any HMMWV tire will work on the bolster wheels but only bias will fit if you try and dual them back on a bolster trailer.
