I am having an issue with one of our HETS , after jumping the dead battery via a slave cable and the truck running I see the 12v system go to green and the 24V system stay in red without movement. When the slave was plugged in, both were in the green.
Any advise on that?

I would say check the 24v alternator. It sounds like it is not working correctly.

Check the battery connections, and then the alternator output.
Battery connections are sound. if the batteries are toast , there should still be a charging action going on , right? The way it is on the 12v side.
is there anyone with links to the M1070 TM's. Col said he has then somewhere, but it would be a lot faster if I can access online soon

Found out that the 12v was charging nicely , whilst the 24V didn't.and when I was going to put my test meter on it , I saw why.
The belts were missing. So I took off the alt belt from another HET and went to O'reilys , they didn't have the right size, and also just stock one of each item :(( , so I went to auto zone and picked out two that would work. The belt went on very easily on the HET. It got 200 hours and 2000 miles, so it's NEW.
