M1078 Newbie - Two Questions

I like these and am thinking about bidding on one.

1. I believe these are Class C license drivable. Am I correct?
2. Will they let me drive this off the base after the auction and background check clear, or will this be like the hummers where I have to sign a document stating that I will NOT drive these on public roads?

It can vary from state to state and since you don't have your state listed per site rules, hard to tell. Most bases will let you drive off some will not.

Depends on your state. they are a 2 axle vehicle that weighs under 26,000 or 26,001 lbs (state dependent).
