These manuals are available from Portrayal Press for about $60 + shipping.
A bit pricey, but they do very good work. They don't stock them, but make them up when they get an order, so it takes a little time.

It's important to remember that, though a manual costs a lot when its reproduced, trust me, a $60 manual for a $10,000 piece of equipment is a small price to pay for the RIGHT info to maintain and operate your rig the official way. Portrayal isn't cheap, but they are sometimes the only source for good condition manuals, and their quality is excellent for the money.
