It looks almost complete and not overly bastardized. Lots of the M108s ended up with hideous yellow paint jobs. Winch cable end of the front winch is correct for the year The hoist block on the back is not the correct one. Don't feel bad, not many with the correct houst block. Your M108 will have a double frame from mid cab back to the rear suspension. Most of these were used in the Air Force as bomb loaders. The area in front of the tool boxes had different parts to assist in slinging bombs. Some of the hydraulic fitting are made of unobtanium so that area is often modified. How is the interior? Does it have the original data plate? It will either be a Reo or a Studebaker, my money is on Reo. The market for M108s is hit and miss. They are rarely cheap, I paid over $4000 for one that only ran 15 minutes. On the other hand, JT has one that has some pretty rare stuff, asking price is $6000 and it's been for sale for a while. It's so unique that you can't track a sales market for it. Post more pics if you can and post the ID number. BTW, if you make it to the GA Rally, Stretch will have his there. No way I'm driving mine 700 miles each way.
