I'm willing, but I don't have the tools.
I feel pretty sure I could keep myself out of SS Jail if you thought I could be given access - and if it would help or be useful to you and/or the group.
Seems that 20mb is the max size for a file upload. This particular one TM-9-2330-394-13-P for the M1095 Trailer is 193mb. I could bust it into pieces and upload it in parts, but all that really does is work around the problem...
