M109 Van truck??

Came accross a nice M109 van truck for sale. Low miles, air shift front end, soft top, no winch,box in good shape.
Whats a good price for one? I could use it for losts of stuff just dont know what a good price would be and want to make a offer. I see regular deuces go for arounfd3500 to 4500. Is this style worth more or less than a normal bed struck.
What do I look for as far as problems? Never owned one of these.

I understand they make great campers.
Personally (and this is just my opinion!), if I didn't need the 109, I would get a regular cargo truck. If I had any need for the 109, I would get it if the price was right.
I have seen some 109's go fairly cheaply because they had sprag t-cases. I saw one on E-bay in Texas go for around $2000 about 6-9 months ago. I have also seen them for 5-6K$.
I would say "let your conscience be your guide".
You can always swap the body off and use it for a hunting camp, storage, etc.
