m109 want rv plates

I am about to purchase my first duece I believe its a m109 I am hoping to putt RV plates on it for easy insurance and cheap plates. I guess I was wondering if anyone knows what would be required for this to work?

I've done this with a bus in Ohio, don't know it if will work for you. Had to go the title office and convert the title to a RV title. In ohio, that means you had to have a table, bed, stove, and fridge/icebox. I just used a camp stove and an old cooler. No water/propane propane system. Insurance and tags were much cheaper.
