M1101/M1102 adjustable lunette

Found this while looking for a hitch.

It references a mortar stowage kit NSN 2540-01-623-6327 that contains an adjustable lunette ring. It is intended to adjust the lunette higher to attach to larger trucks. Not sure if it can be flipped the other way around. Or if it is even obtainable. Thought it was worth mentioning. Including a screenshot for convenience:

That's interesting. I noticed the kit comes with storage brackets to keep the old lunette on board the trailer. Pretty cool!

There is a similar item for the M116A3 and DRASH trailers that allows adjustment up or down.
I was looking for something to adjust my HSTRU trailer, since it towed very nose-low behind the CUCVs. I found an item in a junkyard that looked like it would work, bought it for scrap weight pricing ($4 if I remember correctly).
Turned out to actually be a bolt on application for the M116A3!
