Trying to ID this "J10 Ignition Interface" dongle that interrupts 29T (going to the TCM) with a blue wire that leads to another group of wires which have been cut during demilitarization. I could either bypass it (plugging 29T back into itself) or just cap the blue "J10 Ignition Interface" wire until I figure out if it's needed for something. Before I do either, does anyone know the purpose of the "J10 Ignition Interface" blue wire?

remove it and plug the wire into 29T…that was how power was applied when the ignition switch is in “Run” position.
It powered the AFES.
