Picked up this M1165A1B3FK5 to work on.

Is anyone running IROK Radial 39.5x13.5x16.5 on stock 12 or 24 bolt wheels? I am looking at a set for my M1165. I have enough lift to fit the height, just want to make sure they wont rub when turning. Would love to see how they look on a members ride. Thanks for your time.

They should fit without issue as long as your springs are not sagging, and since you said M1165 it's unlikely your springs are bad.
Remember the stock 37x12.5 tires are designed to fit no issues while using snow chains that add to the diameter and width, so 39.5x13.5 should fit as long as you never have to put on chains.

Thanks, I know in theory they should be perfect. Looking to see if anyone has any pics and feedback running them before spending the cash on them. Thanks again.

Not sure if it’s still the case, but Super Swampers in general used to run bigger/closer to size than most other tire manufacturers.

That size was manufactured specifically because of the H1 community, as it was the biggest tire you could run without rubbing.
You could probably do some H1 image searches on the web and find pictures of it.

I have been looking everywhere and cant seem to find any feedback on them.
That's probably due to them being around for decades now. Most reviews and feedback tend to be on newer products, and the HMMWV and H1 weren't all that common, not to mention they were and still are expensive vehicles.
You're right that specifically finding reviews for HMMWV/H1 with 39.5" tires is pretty challenging.

Here are a few links to pictures I found

This page does have discussion on interco tires on H1 in general, but figuring out exactly which tire is what takes more familiarity with them than I have

General thoughts after reading through a lot of it is they work fine and are designed for the weight, but you might want to get the paired 24 bolt rims if you're going to be driving a lot when really heavy (like over 12k lbs, as I believe your max load can be as high as 15,500 lbs in the M1165)

They are designed to be an off road tire. If you're going to be doing most of your driving on the road, then they aren't the quietest or nicest ride, but at least they will look cool?

Thanks for the great info! I appreciate the help.

Stock height M1165A1B3FK5 with no armor. Used the Trailready PCV beadlocks and Centramatic Balancer rings. No weights or balancing needed. Runs down the road at 70+ MPH with no vibration and smooth as silk. I am really impressed by how smooth and quiet the tires are.

I installed the Black Dog License Plate Frame and Rhino Spare Tire Carrier this morning. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I have a bunch more parts to finish up and install. It will be much better once I install the new X-Doors and get some paint on it. I had all the services done at Southwest Military Customs, great guys to work with in the Phoenix area. Everything is running great and it is actually quite a bit quicker than the HMMWVs when I retired from the Marine Corps in 2005. Without the armor it feels responsive and light on takeoff and going down the freeway. The taller Interco tires really feel so much better then the BFGs. The BFGs were new but the new tires really brought the cruising RPMs down at freeway speeds.

The new Interco tires are 39.5x13.5x16.5 but measure right at 40" with no weight on them. They are over 4" taller than the new BFG Baja 37" tires I took off. I dont think I could go any bigger without modifying the exhaust to clear, lol.
