Gem, That's the torque for the lug nuts. Sorry, I glanced at your question.

I use a "rule of thumb" when it comes to seating the bearinngs. As you tighten the bearing nut, turn the hub/wheel in the opposite direction. When youstart feeling resistance, back it off 1/8th of a turn or the next alignment with the hole for the cotter pin (whatever comes first).

Your hub nut torque should be 30 ft/lbs
