My M211 carburetor has no vacuum coming out of the side ports. Therefore no vacuum advance. What’s my problem??

Those are governor connections. You have centrifugal advance but no 3400 RPM governed speed.

I replaced the distributor with a civilian distributor. How do I get vacuum off my carb to the vacuum advance??
