m211 slave cable plug

can any one tell me or better off show me a pic of where the slave cable plug is mounted on an m211.

it is located on the right hand side of the cab below the cowl vent ,the vent that lets air in on your feet, it will be a plate with 4 bolts holding it on,never seen one on a GMC,TM says they were only on early M135,TM 9-8024,p293-294 shows a picture,you could always install one as the hole and bolt pattern is already in the cowl,walk to rh side of truck and look at outside below the vent
