Tried to get my M220 started today and sure enough the fuel pump is dead. Whats my best bet? Try to find a new/used unit or can I install an aftermarket pump?

i would install a inline pump. Try to find a GMC pump..... good luck.

i have several NOS,NIB fuel pump rebuild kits specifically for the Carter P604S,the stock pump in these GMC trucks,they are original Carterpart # P1574 if you are interested
