M-35 a2 ambulance

Finding a picture of the M-35a2 dressed like this M135 would be a bonus for both of us. I hope someone comes up with something for you. I found this pic in the old Civil Defence EMO literature.

Never saw one as an Ambulance, but we did over the years train on using every cargo truck even FMTV's using the method in the picture, well at least over the seats! and on the floor, never thought of the side racks? We were a Combat Support Hospital so in the current battles we hardly ever had to do a ground transport, Everything came in by Rotary Aircraft and then just a walk into the front door! But we did train for it!

PS: for the rest of your question, if you did carry wounded, it would have to be marked with the RED CROSS, rules say it has to be clearly identifiable!
