M35 question with SF97 for GVW and deciphering of vin#

I picked up my M35a2c along with my uncles two trucks on Monday of this week from Camp Lejeune. We are going to start this trip on Saturday morning. Say your prayers for us as it's a 600 mile drive back to his place in Coshocton, OH.

I want to submit my SF-97 for this truck. What year is this truck? And also what should I register the GVWR at?

Looks like a Air Force Reg# from 1988 and GVW should be on the weight and dimension plate on right side of dash.
