M35A2 Spicer 5-speed problems

My buddy just took posession of a Ft. Leonardwood deuce and was taking it out on a spin and it has hung in 4th gear. He checked all of the fluids except for the tranny. I listened to it today and it sounds terrible. I would say that it either had water in the bottom or it was just out of oil.
Has anyone done a tranny swap or does anyone have a good Spicer for sale close to Oklahoma? I'm new to this forum and any help is appreciated.
Also, does anyone have any experience with a veggie burning mult-fuel?

Wecome to the site. If your interested in swaping out the transmission. i have a few M35A2 transmissions that you can swap it out with.

I have not burned Veggie oil. but there is a few members here that have, and imagine they will chime in here before long.
