Yes, I have not even picked up my deuce and I am already planning on what I want to add/change.

It currently has stock NDT tires. They are all in good shape. When they go I want to put tires like the ones in photo. Not the same size, just tread pattern. Does anyone know what they are and where you get them.

I grabbed this pic. off one of the recent posts. I hope the owner does not mind.

Those are Michelin XL tires. The 5 tons use the 14.00R20 size, but you will need either 12.5R20, 11.00R20, 14.5R20, or 15.5R20 depending on what you are after. The 12.5s are the same heigt as a stock 9.00. For duals, I would only run the 11.00s. The 14.5s and 15.5s look great as singles, but will require custom rims.

Take a look on this link there are some of this type of tires for sale with some pictures of them. I am not necessarily endorsing the seller, just showing you a source for pics. http://www.usa6x6.com/products_and_services/tires.html

Also, I doubt Chris will mind the free exposure! That truck is one sweet rig for sure!
Westech here on SS was offering this type of tire for sale recently too!

Before you go running out and ordering stuff from USA 6x6, do a search for them.. There have been many very unhappy customers of theirs..

Go with the 14.5's. There has a lot of discussion about this in the last few months. I have been making rims and have found a good source for tubes. Check out these threads:

Have fun and ask questions. This stuff can be dangerous if you plan to do what I did so take chances.

These dudes.
http://www.innertubes.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=279

Call them and ask for Rusty. Nice guy. The number is 800-325-2860 ext. 102.

The web stuff don't work for some reason. I got the tube on the link above and a 12" wide flap for the 14.5 tires. I was very pleased with the flap. It cost a little more than the tube. I am going to order a couple more next week. All in all I have $50 in each tire (that don't include the gas and time to pick them up) and almost $70 in the tube and flap.
