M35a3 weak winch

On my a3 the winch works fine but when any type of load is put on it
it just seems to big down and not do anything like there isn't enough hydraulic pressure. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated

First check the fluid level. Then replace the filter, and if it still is acting up check the suction line making sure it is not plugged up in anyway. Still not working, then check all the hose lines for obstructions or bad hoses. If it still doesn't work, then get a pressure gauge and see what pressure your system is operating at. It should be 1200psi to 1500psi. If the pressure is low then check the overpressure relief valve. They stick sometimes. Still have low pressure then you pump is probably gone bad.
