M37 Dodge production data info

dear reader,
like to have(and need for road reg in Netherlands) correct building date?
i am renovating a M 37 variant, because i've found without a trace of platform, aswell no plate in cabin, so only frame nr can be lead;
2661 190 290 enginenr was S25-12450C(replaced by T245) its with winch at front, cabin with Polyester roof
Dodge truck V I N Decoder gives 1962 buth 112'and its a 126'wheelbase,so that was wrong.
for reason long wb, it was an M43 ambu, or V41 Tel. maint. Truck
Can somebody give the tip???

M56B1 Contact truck would be winch, long wheelbase, discrete cab, 1962 build dates.

M37 series to have it's factory serial number engine would be very unusual. The engines were replaced all the time with a rebuilt unit from a "can".

All Canadian Dodges had the 251 engine.
