So we're finally putting the IDF M37 back together after painting. Ran in to a problem with the hood alignment that required a bit of trimming of the cowl end corners and tweakig the back but good enough for what was needed in clearance.
Now we've run in to a problem with the door alignment. Doors, hood, and fenders are all from a donor truck not the original so not sure if there is an issue with the hinges (which stayed with the doors) or something else. We've got plenty of play in making the doors flush with the cab but can't determine how to get axial alignment. The bottom rear corner needs to come up about 1/2" while the top front needs to go down the same.
Any suggestions from folks that have rebuilt these before?
