So this M37 has been in yearly use as a snowplow, at the bar about 4 blocks from my place, (in WI there is a bar / tavern about every 5 blocks). It's been there for at least 11 years and runs and drives. Must have come from Ontario at some point, Ministry of Natural Resources sticker on the side. Has a front blade and a rear blade, and some type of hand crank lifting winch in the bed. (Cobbled) No it's not for sale.
