M38 starter

Hello from North Arkansas. I'm working on my second vehicle, this time a 51 M38 all original. Been parked outside for several years. I want to convert the 24 volt system to 12 volts. What starter do I need. None of the parts suppliers in my area have any idea. Thanks. My other veh is a 53 M38A1C.

Why? You say it's all original! All the 24v stuff is very easy to get, from what I've read conversions cause problems! It did for us, ours is all back to original now! So much easier now!
