M816 Medium Wrecker??

Here is an add that's just gone in today. Does this make any sense to you guys? Is he selling a 5 ton wrecker or a dumper. He seems to be talking about 3 different vehicles M816 and 2 M817 with and with out winch, but says it would make a nice VEHICLE to own.
