M821 questions

Does anybody have a ruff estament on how much an emtpy M821 bridge truck would weigh? Plus can the spacers on the axles be removed without much diffaculty? How much space is between the first drive and the second (axle center to axle center)? Would 16.00x20 XZL Michilan's fit? Thanks for the help, I'm planing a little project a couple years down the road and would like the info now so I can start to do some figuring. Thanks again.

Empty weight is 28,880#. Yes to the spacers. 56" axle spacing. Yes to the tires (if you can find them). Don't forget to work on your spelling. School is your friend!
