Does anyone know if there are any civilian owners of the m88 Hercules? Also, what are the most common ex-military tracked vehicles available for civilian ownership?

Yes, Jacques Littlefield has an operational M88. It was previously owned by the A. F. Budge collection, who, IIRC, bought it from the Israeli military.

Halftracks by far the most common tracked vehicles in civy hands.
