M915 airtank

Last week I went to Redstone to check out the M915 I scored.

It is intact and in decent physical condition.

The most obvious problem is that one of the air tanks had been removed and was inside the cab.

Closer examination revealed that the tank was riddled with pinholes.

Does any have, or know someone that has, a M915 that is being parted out.

Preferably one that is reasonably close to NE Ala.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Which air tank is the problem child? Red River Parts in New Boston Tx might have a derelict 915 or other family truck. Another option is looking for a possible civilian match at a local truck wrecking yard.

It is the tank next to the air dryer.....it hangs lower than the others.

Once I get it home I can get measurments and call a couple of big truck scrap yards.

I guess the issue will be if the donor tank has all the necessary holes that the 915 tank does.
