M923 wire harness question it has no tag

Hopefullythe picture is visible but need some help with where this one wire goes. I was doing maintenanceand found it. Its located just below the driver side hood rest. I do not believe it's to the cold start since it's still wired up. Unless cold start has 2 wires in and 1 wire out

Really hard to tell anything from the pics all I see is a hand and 2 wires. If you follow them where do they go to? If everything works on the truck I would just tape them up.
