M923 x2 from Mission, SD to Portal, ND

I'm looking at potentially purchasing 2 m923's from mission SD, moving them to either Portal, ND or all the way home to Melfort, Saskatchewan.
Also, does anyone know if I need an EUC for these trucks to export them? I know there are some military vehicles with restrictions. Thanks in advance.
