M923A1 Allison Hard downshift into 1st

Carlo is that Modulator something that requires a
rocket scientist to breakdown, clean and rebuild or is it
pretty straight forward and could a guy w/ average
mechanical skills be able to tackle it w/o issue?

Im looking in the TM for this section. Its not so hard to do. I would first change the trans oil and filter. I know many people who did only this and were very happy with the results.
When I get the TM page i will send it.
