M923a2 brakes will not release

I have 2 M923a2s that have sat since March and now the brakes are locked and the system does not seem to get air pressure-- both trucks operated ok when parked--The air gauges both reach 100lbs plus--the low air buzzer is sounding and the brakes remain locked up--The hand brake does not release any air when lowered--Is there a valve that may be hanging up--same problem for both trucks--thanks George

Release the emergency brake, push in the spring brake override and pound on the drums with a BFH. Have "Soldier B" rock it back and forth (once you are clear of the vehicle).
