M925A2 coolant flush procedure

Hey guys I have recently acquired an m925A2 with the 8.3 Cummins and am having a difficult time finding info on how to do a good cooling system flush. In the TM it mentions to follow flushing procedure provided on the solvent cleaning solution package that would be available if the truck was still in military service. Of course I don't have that so I have found myself devoid of any actual procedure and I would like very much not to do something wrong. Also what is a good non oat coolant to use to refill? I am aware of the newer oat coolants eating the silicone head gaskets and would also like to avoid that if possible. Thank you guys for you time and consideration.

Thanks Valor, I spent way too much time trying to remember that thread! Also, for the OP I stand by my belief that this is the wrong time of year to do this unless you are having issues, or “need” to get a block heater installed ASAP.
