Was curious if anyone in Iowa has gone through the process of filing a "Certification of Compliance" With the DOT since the new rules went into effect July 1st.
I've got an M931 that I need to get registered. Doesn't appear that there is a lot that has to be done, but not sure how picky they're going to be.
Asked the local county office about it and the woman there got kind of snippy with me and tried to tell me that just because I meet the requirements doesn't necessarily mean they will title it...just means they can title it (if they wan't to)
I doubt that's what the legislature intended....
If anyone's done one I'd be interested to hear what you had to alter and how it went with the DOT.
