Fitment issues -

HEMTT rims are required on the front axle on 939series trucks to prevent rubbing at full turn.

It's possible(but not easy) to articulate the suspension enough to contact the bed. Obviously not an issue on the truck tractors.

Are you going to be towing anything with your tractor? The standard 1400s on M931A1/A2s already raise the 5th wheel height up quite high, 1600s are even worse.

Take care of your 1400s. They are getting harder to find an those that do have them charge a good bit for them. Plus with 1600s offroad you would not be able to turn the tires over hardly if you got into any sloppy mud. They would gum up really easy. 16s are really close together.
