I have a 931a2 that the front axle is staying engaged when transfer is in high. Put the transfer in low it disengages some time. I know that is backwards. Tried switch, switching lines, no help think it could be something internal??
There was a thread or two with pics on lots of trucks having the lines to the front axle routed incorrectly. Also some threads on removing the auto engage when putting the transfer case in low.(easy as removing the big washer on the linkage or turning the switch away from the washer.) Sounds to me like your air lines are not routed correctly. http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?83799-M939-transfer-case-air-lines-installed-wrong
