My M936 has a Map Box behind what appears to be a new "companion seat" bottom and back cushion above the battery box. Maybe newly covered? Seems that the metal frame that holds the seat back in place is not in the truck. TM TM-9-2320-272-24P-2 on Page 370-1 shows a part number B1821BH025C100N. Figure 371 is below for reference.

Funny part is that the picture shows a bolt or two holding the seat to the frame. There are no bolt holes in the wood or metal inserts like I might have thought there would be.

Any idea where I might find a frame?

Check.the bottom of your battery box. Is it rusted pretty bad?
It isn't as bad as some cars that I have seen, but there is a pretty good coating of white powder all over the bottom of it. Looks like the whole thing is held in place with either 4 or 6 bolts... I had forgotten how bad it looked in there. If you have the whole assembly it might be easier than assembling the seat back.

There are boards under the batteries so it could be a LOT worse than what I can see too.
