I've had this and it's been sitting for about 10 years

Has the step and the doors. Seems all there.

Has had a lot of mouse activity. I've cleaned it up but canvas for seats is soft and rips easily. One seat mounted, Other is there but unbolted.

Never run heater. Heater unit looks ok, blower is moused.

Major ding on top roof corner midway along edge driver side where tree hit it. Bottom right around tailight dent. Can see in pics.

Can take more specific pics on request.
