Manufacturer og the "norwegian" deuce M621...622 e

Hi all,
Who actually manufactured the export M621 and other variants for the Norwegian army back in 1968.
I have just purchased one in Norway, chassis number 176880 - but the manufacturer is not on the dash board like in my Studebaker M35A1
