Since my CTIS is not working, I manually aired up the tires to 80 psi. Tires show a maximum of 100 psi.
CTIS trouble guide says tires should be at 61 psi on highway.
Does anyone know if the 80 psi will cause any problems with the CTIS?

I would not run that much pressure in the tires if you don't have to if your running empty you should probably run 40-45 psi in the rear and 50-55 psi up front. If you fill them to 60 or 80 psi you are gunna get bounced right outta the cab.
