Each Memorial Day Weekend at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, the United States Field Artillery Association, Loyal Train of Artillery Section, put on a live fire for muzzle loading artillery.

This year there will be four ten pound Parrott Rifles, two 20 pound Parrott Rifles, throwing exploding shells at 2,000 meters. This will be more Civil War era cannon firing than any other time after that horrible war, according to the event organizers. It may well be that at various other times afterward the same or larger events may have been held. But, certainly none where you can film the activity.

Why not put on an event there at the same time? :D
