Yes and no. You would probably have to move some of the web supports right near the frame or you have to mount them way out wide and it compromises the angle. Might I ask what you're trying to do?

Way out(outside the frame rails) won't work, the tow-bar will bind with up and down motion. There is just enough room to mount them inside the frame rails .

If you did remove the bumper webs it would probably work on the outsides of the frame rails ok.

Note to all, when tow-barring a truck in your yard. Do not count on the front wheels to follow, even though they did just fine on the road.
