MEP 802A Pops CB2 when I turn S1 to prime

My 802A was working fine until the battery cable went lose and sparked on the post. Generator shutdown and now the Emergency CB2 pops when I turn S1 from OFF to Prime/Auxillary Fuel. CB2 does not pop in the PRE-HEAT position.
I was thinking maybe the Alternator fuse may have burned but that shouldn't cause CB2 to pop.
Do any of you fine gents have an idea what I broke and I need to replace?

Unplug your elect fuel pump and then turn on the S1. If it pops the CB2 then un plug your fuel cut off solenoid. Try it again. Then unplug the aux fuel pump. Try again. Does it pop in prime and run, or just prime run and aux?
