Have you checked the internal volts/phase dial matches the external dial? Also, assuming the AC interrupt switch has been switched and you have a green light indicating power is now at the lugs? And seeing your new to SS, have you downloaded the technical manuals (TM's) for the MEP803 in the TM section for generators? And lastly, welcome to the addiction.

You need to tell us a bit more.

1. It starts and runs?
2. No fault lights are on after it starts?
3. Is AC voltage shown on the M1, (AC voltage meter)?
4. Is there 120 VAC at the J1, (120 Volt outlets)?
5. You did push up the S5, (AC Volt interrupter switch)?
6. Did the DS7, (AC output light come on?

Thank you both for the replies. Still black dark here in SC.....Will follow up on your suggestions during daylight hours. Engine running fine, gauges show normal electric output. No power coming out of the AUX 110V receptacle or the out put lugs. Many TKS

The lugs and receptacle are on 2 separate circuits in a sense. if the generator is showing power on the gage and no output from the receptacle, first thing I'd check is the GFCI reset on the face of the breaker.
If that is not tripped, then check the circuit breaker switch for the receptacle inside the control panel on the left side of the panel opening.
I'd suggest troubleshooting the receptacle first and the lugs 2nd.

Also, please tell us answers to all Guy's questions.... that will point us in the right direction, especially the last question, does the green light above the AC circuit interupt switch illuminate then you push up on the switch AND does it illuminate when you press in on the face of the light itself ( bulb test function )
